History of organization:

This office used to be Madoukou Land Register Office of Tainan State's local court when Taiwan is under Japanese control. After Taiwan's restoration it once became Zengwun Land Administrative Office, it became Madoukou Land Administrative Office of Tainan on February first, 1955. This office's restricts include: Madoukou, Guantian, Lioujia, Siaying, Danei five counties.
